Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Rocky Mountain Reserve. As an Account Manager, your primary role is to build and maintain strong client relationships while managing their accounts and participants. You will promptly address all inquiries from clients or their brokers regarding their plans and participant’s accounts and will be expected to proactively engage with clients on a regular basis to ensure accurate and up-to-date plan administration. Our Account Managers play a crucial role in ensuring our client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Manage client accounts: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication Understand clients' needs, objectives, and challenges to provide effective solutions Provide exceptional customer service: Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally Anticipate and proactively resolve potential issues to maintain a high level of client satisfaction Execute account management tasks: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and quality Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and updates to clients Oversee EDI implementation and data processing procedures Develop strategic account plans: Analyze client data and market trends to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with clients to develop customized strategies and action plans Continuously assess and improve account performance and effectiveness Foster teamwork and collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to meet client objectives Share insights and best practices with colleagues to enhance overall team performance Provide mentorship and support to team members as needed Stay updated on industry trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies Continuously expand knowledge and skills in account management best practices Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in account management or a related role Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and exceeding performance goals Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment Demonstrated ability to work remotely and overcome obstacles associated with remote work Empathy, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines This is a full-time remote position with a typical Monday to Friday schedule. The Account Manager will report to the Manager of the team and will have the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from our experienced team members. The salary for this starting position ranges from $50,000 to $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and is eligible for an annual performance bonus of 3-6%.
