Accounts Payable Specialist
· Typing and data entry (10-key and alpha) skills are required.
· Experience with invoice auditing.
· General ledger coding.
· IRS forms W-9 and 1099-MISC.
· Answer and research vendor calls.
· Ensure daily accounts payable processes are completed.
· Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical.
Minimum of 5-7 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a professional office setting.
