Bilingual Virtual Assistants (English–Spanish)

We are building a talent pool of Bilingual Virtual Assistants (English–Spanish) to support our diverse client base across multiple industries. Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential, and Spanish fluency is required. Candidates from all professional backgrounds and skill sets are welcome to apply, as client needs may range from administrative support to specialized functions such as marketing, sales, technical support, or business support.

Key Responsibilities (varies by client role)

• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with clients, customers, and team members.
• Provide professional support tailored to client needs, which may include:
• Administrative Support: email and calendar management, scheduling, document preparation, data entry.
• Marketing Support: content creation, translation, social media management, campaign support.
• Sales Support: lead generation, client outreach, CRM management, bilingual customer engagement.
• Technical Support: troubleshooting, bilingual help desk support, system documentation.
• Business Support: bookkeeping, project coordination, medical billing, research, reporting, and other operational support.
• Learn and adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and client-specific requirements.
• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent English communication skills (written and verbal are critical).
• Relevant skills or experience in one or more functional areas (administration, marketing, sales, technical support, business support, or related fields).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Prior virtual assistant or remote work experience is a plus but not required.

Work Requirements

• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
• Reliable computer, internet connection, and headset/microphone.
• Professional and quiet remote workspace.
