This position is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable working with detailed financial information in a professional office environment. Previous billing experience is preferred, and experience working within a law firm or legal environment would be especially helpful. Responsibilities Assist Billing Managers with daily billing activities and administrative tasks Prepare, review, and process client invoices Enter and update billing information accurately within the firm’s systems Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting Make billing corrections and adjustments as directed Maintain organized billing records and supporting documentation Respond to internal billing questions and research discrepancies Assist with tracking outstanding items and following up on missing information Work with attorneys, legal staff, and other departments to ensure invoices are completed accurately and on time Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as needed Nice to have Law firm or legal billing experience Requirements 2+ Years of Billing Experience Strong attention to detail Experience working in a professional office setting High school diploma or equivalent Background check required #J-18808-Ljbffr
