Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Delta Township region seeking Customer Service Representatives. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidatesnot just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping errors, or service issues.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to address customer concerns and expedite resolutions.
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Provide product information and technical assistance to customers, including troubleshooting and usage guidance.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to understand and explain technical product information
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes or product lifecycle
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents or blueprints
• Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., CX, conflict resolution)
