Job Description
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education, active DHH teaching certification, and 1+ years Teacher of the Deaf / Hard of Hearing experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school-based opportunity is available for a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to support students from PreK through 6th grade. This role involves working with a caseload of students, conducting evaluations, attending ARD meetings, interpreting audiograms, and providing specialized instruction tailored to the needs of children with hearing impairments. The position requires a minimum commitment of three days per week, with 21 to 35 hours in total.
