Corteva Agriscience is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our Skilled Labor team within the Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing industry. In this on-site role, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems that power our agricultural processing operations, research facilities, and farm-support equipment. You will work hands-on with motors, drives, pumps, irrigation controls, grain- or seed-processing equipment, and related industrial systems, ensuring they operate safely, reliably, and efficiently to support Corteva’s mission of delivering sustainable solutions to farmers. As an Electrician at Corteva Agriscience, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on low- and medium-voltage equipment, including motor control centers, VFDs, control panels, lighting, and distribution systems. You will interpret electrical drawings and schematics, diagnose faults using meters and test equipment, and complete repairs that minimize downtime and maintain product quality. You will also support the installation and commissioning of new equipment, running conduit and cable, wiring panels, and verifying that systems meet electrical codes, company standards, and safety requirements. Safety is central to this position. You will apply Lockout/Tagout procedures, adhere to OSHA and NFPA 70E electrical safety practices, and help identify and correct electrical hazards in a proactive manner. You will participate in safety meetings, contribute to job hazard analyses, and document your work through our computerized maintenance management system. You will collaborate closely with maintenance technicians, mechanics, operators, and engineering teams to plan work, coordinate shutdowns, and troubleshoot complex issues affecting production and research activities. This role offers the opportunity to support innovative agricultural technologies in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will be encouraged to continuously develop your technical skills through training and exposure to new equipment, automation, and control systems. Joining Corteva Agriscience means contributing directly to global food security while working in a culture that values innovation, sustainability, inclusion, and community impact. If you are a safety-minded, hands-on Electrician who enjoys problem-solving and wants to grow your career in a forward-thinking agricultural company, we invite you to apply.
