Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level and Senior Level specialists to find the best fit for this position.Position Responsibilities:Conduct learning requirements analysis and establish learning objectivesDeliver content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectivesConduct coaching sessions to improve individual or group performancePerform as an instructor in a specialized content area from one or more of the following areas of Aerospace Skills expertise: Electrical, Structural, Seal, Quality, Systems, etc.Facilitate learning events and knowledge transfer by teaching and team coaching, observing and tracking student performance, adding key insights to enhance the delivery, conduct preparation, delivery and rostering of training to satisfy training requirementConduct training utilizing a variety of delivery methods and techniques, and customizes learning programs, courses, presentations and guidesEmphasize safety precautions to be taken in all training providedMaintain a positive and productive learning environment, and address any problem behaviors in the classroom promptly in accordance with policiesPerform individual and group assessments, and recommend process and performance improvementsConduct Train-the-Trainer Sessions to qualify additional instructorsUnderstand regulations and standards, ensure delivery of courseware complies with commercial, government, regulatory and organizational standards and specificationsAdditional Responsibilities for Level 4 (Senior):Lead projects designed to produce educational deliverablesPerform ongoing monitoring of stakeholders operating environment and key business measures and objectivesCoach and develop less experienced instructorsConduct Train-the-Trainer Sessions to qualify additional instructorsDeploy development tools and monitors implementation and performance outcomesServe as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide training consultation servicesIdentify and validate training by observing, measuring, testing, reviewing, and analyzing training to ensure that learning objectives are met effectivelyCollaborate with stakeholders and service providers (e.g., curriculum developers, instructional systems designers, engineers, programmers, strategic learning advisors, etc.) to develop creative training enhancements, guided skills practices, job aids, capstone projects and activities to assist learners during and after trainingBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing supportExperience in coaching, instructing or as an employee development specialistExperience working with detailed work instructions or reading and interpreting blueprints and drawingsPreferred Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience designing and employing leadership development courseware and/or curriculumExperience with Structural, Electrical, Repair, Functional Test, Seal, Systems, etc.Experience as a mechanic working with structural, mechanical, electrical, or other systemsExperience in the following areas: Electrician/Structure/Wing/Spar Assembly, Needs Assessment and Job AnalysisConflict of Interest:Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
