As an Entry Level Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing schedules, coordinating communications, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize daily schedules and appointments for senior staff.
• Coordinate and prioritize incoming communications including emails, phone calls, and messages.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
• Assist with travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Support event planning and coordination for meetings, conferences, and company events.
