Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our team, providing customers with flawless haircuts and hairstyles and helping them to look their best! As a Hair Stylist, you will provide hair cuts using French and advanced techniques. Youll discuss the best products and hairstyles for each individual clients needs and preferences. Most importantly, you will make it your goal to ensure that every customer leaves our salon feeling great about their new cut and happy with the services you provided.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and foster a culture of positivity
• Shows up looking fashionable with a great attitude
• Will work side by side assisting a master stylist and supporting their guests
• To maintain their style we rebook and recommend retail to every guest.
• Help to keep a positive atmosphere by interacting with guests and collaborating with team members
• Help train our proteges by setting a good example and educate them during the day
• Work to maintain a clean and refreshing environment for all guests

Qualifications

• You have a current state cosmetology license
• Have a desire to learn and grow in french hairdressing, and accomplish this by attending all salon educational events and team celebrations
• You love this craft and feel intrinsically rewarded when you serve a guest well
• You want to be paid well for your talent with competitive compensation, paid vacation time and other benefits
