Job Description

We are seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Urgent Care Physicians to join a well-established and rapidly expanding urgent care network in the Greater Boston area. This position offers a highly competitive compensation structure, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, patient-focused clinical environment.

Schedule:

12-hour shifts

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekends: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Flexible scheduling options

Full-time: 36+ hours per week

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: Approximately $225,000

Bonus Potential: Up to $100,000 annually

Productivity incentives based on patient volume (~75 patients/day)

Generous PTO: 4+ weeks

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and injuries in an urgent care setting

Perform procedures including suturing, splinting, I&D, and EKG interpretation

Interpret onsite imaging (e.g., X-rays)

Supervise and collaborate with NP/PA staff

Maintain efficient patient flow and high-quality care

Complete accurate, timely EMR documentation

Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine

Active and unrestricted Massachusetts medical license

Prior experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Primary Care preferred

ACLS and/or PALS certification preferred

Strong clinical acumen, leadership ability, and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
