This is a high-ownership stand alone role supporting the Chief Financial Officer, focused on elevating an existing FP&A infrastructure and driving decision-grade insight across the business. This is not a build-from-scratch role. It is about improving and scaling a solid foundation. Key areas of impact: FP&A and Forecasting Ownership • Own and refine forecasting, budgeting, and reporting cadence • Implement and maintain a rolling forecast framework
Improve forecast accuracy with clear variance analysis and forward-looking insight • Build and maintain driver-based models across volume, price, mix, and cost that tie to financials performance, Margin, and Analytics • Deliver structured margin bridge analysis across price, mix, volume, cost, and productivity • Build visibility into SKU, customer, and channel-level profitability • Support pricing and commercial decisions with fact-based analysis Working Capital and Cash Insight • Establish and track key metrics across receivables, payables, inventory, and cash conversion • Support initiatives to improve cash flow, collections, and payment timing • Ensure working capital is embedded into forecasting and liquidity discussions Planning and Value Creation • Support development of a driver-based annual operating plan and longer-range outlook • Contribute to initiatives tied to margin expansion, operational performance, and cash generation • Partner closely with the Chief Financial Officer on performance and strategic decisions Private Equity Readiness and Reporting • Support development of consistent, investor-grade reporting and analytics • Maintain outputs that are aligned with diligence and Quality of Earnings expectations • Contribute to building a consistent “data book” to support lenders, investors, and future transactions What we are looking for: • 4 to 8 plus years in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance • Experience owning forecasts and delivering business-facing insights • Strong modeling capability with understanding of core business drivers • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, responsive environment where priorities can shift • Ability to step in quickly, respond to leadership needs, and operate with urgency
Private Equity or high-performance environment experience is a plus
