Position: Financial Coordinator

Location: Hybrid on-site 2-3 days a week in Quincy, MA

Rate: negotiable based on experience

Duration: 1+ year contract with potential for permanent employment

Position Description:

• Strong excel skills including pivot tables, data connections, vlookup, complex formulas and connecting spreadsheets
• Proficient in data analysis and exception handling, well versed in capital vs expense activities
• Able to create management financial summary for communication to leadership and support regular reporting requirements
• Good organizational skills. Be able to support multiple projects and work with project managers on a regular scheduled basis
• Good planning skills and able to coordinate work efforts to meet financial deadlines
• Operational management skills to support the project PO, invoice and tracking processes

Required Skills:

• Work Ethic - Wants an independent worker the manager can trust.
• Understanding of book keeping and admin/documentation. Will be responsible for creating documentation to support finances
• Understanding of Capex and Opex, Accruals, POs, invoices and how to review contracts
• Excel - will document finances here for each project.
