Food Production Worker / Mixer Operator
Now Offering a $350 Hiring Bonus!
New employees will receive a $350 bonus after 30 days of employment with perfect attendance.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday (occasional Fridays or Saturdays)
Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (overtime may be required)
Lunch: Paid
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
The Production Worker / Mixer Operator is responsible for producing dog treats by accurately mixing ingredients and operating production equipment, including a rotary molder, in a safe and sanitary environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities· Maintain punctual and reliable attendance
· Properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
· Follow product specifications and report any defects to a supervisor or lead
· Maintain clean and sanitary work conditions throughout production
· Comply with all Food Safety and Quality Program requirements
· Follow all facility safety rules and regulations
· Accurately complete BRC-compliant documentation related to assigned tasks
· Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:· Ability to perform heavy lifting; 50+lbs.
· Ability to speak, read, and write in English
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
