Who Were Looking For We are looking for stylists who:
Have versatility in cutting skills that span all textures/lengths of hair
Have knowledge of current trends, products, and services
Keep a clean and sanitized station
Have a professional and positive demeanor
Our Pay Structure We offer competitive pay including:
Service commission: 40-45% based on sales
Product commission: 10% on your check +10% in your PTO bank
Birds covers the cost of running all discounts + promotions

Qualifications We require:
1+ year of hair cutting experience
Texas State Cosmetology and/or Barber License
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
