Hiring: Diesel Mechanic / Equipment Technician – Aerial Lift Service Company
We’re looking to add a skilled, reliable Diesel Mechanic / Equipment Technician to our team. We service and repair aerial lift equipment —including boom lifts, scissor lifts, vertical masts, and trailer‐mounted lifts. Our work ranges from routine maintenance to full mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repairs.
Experience with aerial lifts is a plus, but not required. If you have a strong mechanical background and are comfortable diagnosing and repairing equipment, we can train you on the specifics.
What You’ll Do
Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aerial lift equipment
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
Complete repairs efficiently and accurately
Document work performed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
Mechanical experience (heavy equipment, diesel, hydraulics, or similar)
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
Willingness to learn aerial lift systems
Preferred but Not Required
Experience with boom lifts, scissor lifts, or other aerial equipment
Hydraulic system knowledge
Electrical diagnostic experience
