High-Bay Reach Truck and Order Picker Specialist
Location: Joliet, IL
Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts
Compensation: From $21.00 - $23.00 per hour | Pay Frequency: Weekly
Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is bringing on experienced, certified forklift professionals to support fast-paced warehouse operations in the Joliet area.
A day in the roleYou clock in, complete your safety checks, and head straight to your equipment. Some days you are on a stand-up Crown RC lift maneuvering pallets from the dock; other days you are soaring up on a cherry picker to slot inventory in the high bays. You may switch to a reach truck to place product in deep racking, use a sit-down forklift for heavier moves, or grab an electric pallet jack to stage outbound orders. Throughout the shift, you load and unload trailers, move product between locations, and keep your zone clean and safe. Expect hands-on work with regular lifting of 20–50 lbs as you keep freight moving.
