Job Description
We are seeking a bilingual adaptable team player to join our logistics operations in Doral! While the ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in Air Freight operations (Import/Export), we are absolutely open to entry-level candidates who are tech-savvy, eager to learn, and ready to master our WMS. Prior experience in the logistics industry is a big plus, but a strong drive to learn is what will truly set you apart.
salary: $19 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities
- We are looking for a highly experienced and meticulous Import and export Coordinator to join our logistics team. This role is crucial for managing the full lifecycle of our international shipments, with a specific focus on airfreight. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with air cargo procedures, documentation, and the timely execution of shipments. A deep understanding of customs regulations, including mandatory Automated Export System (AES) filings, is essential.
- Manage Air Freight Operations: Coordinate all aspects of air import and export shipments from booking to final delivery. This includes securing air cargo space, preparing air waybills, and ensuring all goods are handled in compliance with airline and TSA regulations.
- Responsibilities: Customs and Compliance: Independently prepare and submit accurate customs documentation for both importand export shipments. This includes commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Automated Export System (AES) Filing: Accurately and a timely file Electronic Export Information (EEI) through the AES for all required air export shipments. Stay current on all AES filing requirements and regulations.
- Air Freight Knowledge: In-depth understanding of airwaybills (AWBs), IATA regulations, TSA security rules, and air cargo handling procedures.
