Shifts and Pay 1st shift – 7:00am to 3:30pm, Sunday to Thursday (start pay $18.62/hr) 2nd shift – 4:00pm to 12:30am, Sunday to Thursday (start pay $19.62/hr; will train on 2nd shift until August2) 3rd shift – 10:00pm to 6:30am, Sunday to Thursday (start pay $19.62/hr) Pay Range: $16.97–$28.65 Responsibilities Assemble food kits per work orders ensuring accuracy, completeness, and quality standards. Move, gather, and distribute product based on production schedule and work orders. Send completed kits to the shipping department for distribution. Store products and materials in designated areas following established sequence. Clean work area throughout the shift. Additional Duties Assist in compiling worksheets or tickets from customer orders. Assist in recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed. Work with other machinery and material handling equipment. Minimum Requirements Basic math skills. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment near industrial machinery. Ability to work in cold storage sites as low as –20°F (–25°C) or dry storage sites up to 100°F (37°C) while wearing PPE and freezer gear. Capable of lifting a minimum of 40lb (18kg). Weight may vary by facility. Comfortable with varying noise levels, including loud areas.
