Job Overview We are looking for a responsible and detail‑oriented Jewellery Repair Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our jewellery repair workshop. This role focuses primarily on administrative coordination, customer service, and job tracking, with minimal hands‑on repair work. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Operational Support (Primary Scope) Receive and process jewellery repair orders Record detailed job descriptions and customer requirements Issue invoices, receipts, and job order forms Update job tracking system and monitor repair progress Liaise between customers and jeweller to clarify repair details Follow up with customers on collection and outstanding balances Handle phone, WhatsApp, and walk‑in enquiries Maintain proper documentation and filing of repair records Assist in stock tracking for repair materials (e.g., clasps, chains, findings) Ensure proper tagging and safekeeping of customers’ jewellery Customer Service Explain repair processes and estimated timelines clearly Provide basic quotations based on company pricing guidelines Manage appointment scheduling Handle basic customer feedback professionally Basic Workshop Assistance (Minimal Bench Work) Simple polishing and cleaning (if trained) Assisting in preparing items for resizing or repair Basic quality check before customer collection No advanced soldering, stone setting, or complex repair required #J-18808-Ljbffr Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation Singapore
