Junior Business Analyst (0–1 Year Experience) We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be curious about AI technologies (like Claude, ChatGPT, etc.), have strong analytical skills, and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering & Analysis Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders Support in analyzing business needs and identifying possible solutions Help create basic documentation such as user stories and requirement notes Learn to define acceptance criteria under guidance Use AI tools to improve requirement clarity and documentation quality AI-Assisted Analysis Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for: Drafting documentation and summaries Explore ways to integrate AI into business workflows Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI tools Stakeholder Coordination Work closely with senior analysts, product owners, developers, and business teams Participate in meetings, workshops, and discussions Take notes and ensure proper documentation of discussions Documentation Assist in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) Help create process flows, reports, and presentations Testing & Quality Support Support testing activities and help document test cases Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Report issues and track their resolution Project Support Assist in tracking project tasks and timelines Help identify risks and escalate issues when required Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BCA, MCA, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of business processes and IT systems Familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, etc. Basic awareness of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks Nice to Have (Optional) Hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum Internship or academic project experience Certifications in Business Analysis or AI fundamentals 501, 516 Princes' Business Skypark, Scheme No 54 A.B.
