We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and support the delivery of technology and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement Work with technical teams to translate business needs into functional solutions Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements are met Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders Participate in meetings, workshops, and project discussions Maintain proper documentation and track project progress Required Skills Basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint Basic knowledge of SQL (preferred) Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence (plus) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field Internship or prior experience as a Business Analyst is a plus Preferred Skills Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology Understanding of data analysis and reporting Certification like ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis) is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr EnIn Systems
