Responsibilities Delegate and direct the processing of sales orders received from customers, including preparing invoices, packing lists and shipping documents. Plan and prioritize order fulfillment with the warehouse support team. Oversee the sales order process of non‑stocked products between customers and third‑party vendors. Oversee the preparation of all shipping and hazmat documents (AWB, SLI, B/L, Cargo Details, Declarations, Dangerous Goods Forms) in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Prepare AES Electronic Export Information filings and perform freight cost analysis. Coordinate communication and resolution of known stock issues with the Inventory Control team. Direct resolution of transportation issues, handle discrepancies, communicate to customers and follow up to ensure problems are resolved. Monitor customer credit levels and support the collection of receivables in connection with fulfillment of sales orders and customer requests. Document and train processes and protocols for overall logistics and customer service functions. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager. Skills Logistics Import / Export ERP Excel Vendor Management Qualifications Minimum experience: 3 years in logistics/coordinator roles. Experience level: Experienced. Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
