Job SummaryThe Logistics Coordinator is responsible for executing day-to-day transportation and logistics operations to ensure timely, cost-effective movement of goods from origin to destination. This role plays a critical part in supporting retail fulfillment, vendorcoordination, and inbound/outbound logistics across domestic and international networks.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication with internal teams, carriers, and external partners Duties and Responsibilities Transportation Execution
Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments (ocean, rail, truckload, LTL)
Manage routing and carrier assignment aligned with cost and service targets
Track shipments proactively and resolve delays or disruptions in real time
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve service levels, reduce costs, and streamline processes
Support logistics initiatives such as network optimization, carrier consolidation, and digital visibility tools
