Job Title: Mail and Package Handler
Location: Seattle, WA (onsite)
Duration: 3+ Month (Temp to Perm)
Mon - Fri, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Overview
Provides operations support across copy, imaging, mail, and office services. Handles high-volume document processing, shipping/receiving, and general office support. Splits time between teams and supports meeting rooms, office setup, and facilities tasks. Requires adaptability, multitasking, and physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume copiers, scanners, imaging systems, and related software
• Perform binding, finishing, quality checks, and basic document management tasks
• Sort, distribute, and handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and faxes; create shipments and apply postage
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment; clear jams and report service issues
• Track supplies, maintain logs, generate reports, and assist with billing records
• Deliver completed jobs and supplies within and between office locations
• Support meeting room setup, hoteling room checks, office moves, and shred bin collection
• Perform filing, archiving, and document purging as needed
• Respond to service calls and customer inquiries
• Assist with light maintenance, housekeeping, and building support tasks
• Lift, move, and transport materials (up to 50 lbs); push carts and handle equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred (copy/mail/office services)
• Basic PC skills including MS Office and email
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills
• Ability to operate office and bindery equipment
• Basic math and recordkeeping skills
• Ability to follow document management and file handling protocols
• Capable of physical activity including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and pushing carts/equipment
• Adaptable and willing to learn; able to work across multiple teams
• Availability for occasional overtime, including evenings or weekends
