At Pyramid Healthcare Mountaineer Outpatient in Kearneysville, we specialize in Substance Use Disorder treatment. Pyramid Healthcare Inc. has been in operations since 1999 and we currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. • Hourly Rate: $28-32/hour before differentials!
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Top Reasons why a Nursing position with Pyramid Healthcare - Mountaineer Outpatient is unique:

• Our Nurses do not have to assist with ADLs: All clients are independent for Bathing, feeding, grooming, personal hygiene, etc.
• No catheters, I/Vs/Ports/Midlines
• Our Nurses are not responsible for blood draws (we contract with a national lab who does them)
• There are minimal physical requirements for our Nursing positions: No heavy lifting, No long periods of standing/walking, etc.
• No paper MAR's - - we have active eMAR

LPN Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions
• Medication administration and medication education to clients
• Knowledge and delivery of detox protocols (Complete COWS and CIWA scales)
• Coordinate and support Medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments
• Other duties as assigned

Licensure, Education, & Experience

• Current LPN license in West Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS, AED and First Aid
