On-Site Property Manager
We are seeking a dependable and motivated On-Site Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property and provide exceptional service to residents.

Responsibilities:

• Manage leasing activities, including showing units and processing applications
• Conduct annual unit inspections
• Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and coordinate repairs
• Monitor property conditions and address issues promptly
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents

Qualifications:

• Previous property management, leasing, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Basic maintenance knowledge is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• $16$25 per hour, based on experience
• Commission opportunities
• Option for rent compensation
