Operations Supervisor – Distribution Center Operations We're looking for a motivated Operations Supervisor to help lead our distribution operations and drive performance in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Lead Distribution Center Operations Oversee daily operations within assigned warehouse departments to ensure efficient workflow execution and achievement of performance goals. Lead, coach, and motivate associates to maintain high levels of productivity, quality, and accuracy. Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance metrics while addressing issues in accordance with company policies. Ensure staffing levels align with operational demands and adjust resources as business needs change. Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountability-driven work environment. Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, quality, and efficiency. Utilize SAP EWM or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to monitor operational performance and support decision-making. Analyze performance metrics and communicate daily and weekly results to Operations Management. Support implementation of operational best practices and process enhancements. Develop and Grow Talent Train, onboard, and mentor new associates and temporary employees. Cross-train team members to improve operational flexibility and support business continuity. Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities. Build a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous learning. Promote Safety and Compliance Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring adherence to all company safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment. Reinforce company policies and operational standards consistently across all teams. Adapt and Lead Through Change Respond effectively to changing priorities and business demands. Support operational initiatives and special projects as assigned. Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges that support organizational success. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 3+ years of supervisory experience in a distribution, logistics, warehouse, retail, or manufacturing environment. Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and achieve operational goals. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. Experience using SAP EWM or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Experience leading teams in high-volume distribution or fulfillment operations. Key Success Factors Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
