In this role, you’ll own the full lifecycle of impactful training and development programs; planning, designing, delivering engaging sessions (virtual and in-person), and evaluating outcomes to help employees thrive. We’re seeking a collaborative, creative professional with proven expertise in organizational development, dynamic training facilitation, innovative content and curriculum design, and effective one-on-one and group coaching. Experience in leadership development and/or diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives is a strong plus, offering the chance to shape our people and culture. This position sits within our Oklahoma City based corporate office, currently with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time. Responsibilities Design and deliver high-impact professional development training sessions that empower headquarters and field employees to excel in their roles Create captivating learning experiences, including interactive lesson plans, detailed facilitation guides, and compelling audio-visual materials that drive knowledge retention and skill application Orchestrate seamless training programs by organizing diverse participant groups, managing dynamic schedules, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple initiatives Analyze training feedback and evaluation data, then refine programs proactively to elevate learning outcomes and participant satisfaction Measure training success by assessing real-world employee performance improvements and tangible accomplishments tied to business goals Coach and mentor employees one-on-one, guiding them through personalized professional development plans that unlock their full potential Collaborate closely with departments to uncover critical training needs and launch targeted staff development initiatives that directly support strategic company objectives Champion organizational development projects, delivering impactful training on diversity, equity, inclusion, and other transformative topics Coordinate incoming department training requests and partner with cross-functional team members to deliver consistent, high-quality, and memorable learning experiences Pursue continuous growth by actively participating in seminars, workshops, webinars, and advanced courses; staying current with industry publications; and exploring innovative learning resources to sharpen expertise and inspire cutting-edge training approaches Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership to contribute to evolving organizational priorities Education & Experience Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field required 2 – 5 years’ experience in training, organizational development, or related areas preferred Experience designing and implementing effective training and development programs 1:1 or group coaching experience preferred Aspiring leadership development, and/or diversity and inclusion training experience is a plus Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Strong presentation and facilitation skills Strong instructional design skills with the ability to build engaging, learner-centered content Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to organize projects, manage timelines, and follow through to completion Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms Ability to research, evaluate, and recommend training options and alternatives Ability to work collaboratively and maintain strong working relationships Professional appearance and a willingness to work flexible hours when needed Some travel is required for corporate-sponsored events, department training requests, and conferences Not sure you meet every requirement?
