Growth Opportunities Pay Activ – On-demand access to earned wages, get up to 50% of your earned wages immediately Paid training Free company uniform The Spirit of the Position: The Parking Enforcement Supervisor oversees and leads parking enforcement operations through upholding and enforcing the parking regulations/restrictions of the local parking ordinances. Principal Job Duties: Assist with any special assignments and projects as requested. Meet / Exceed monthly citation quota for self &amenity team. Make daily work assignments, assigning staff to patrol specific routes or areas to enforce parking ordinances. Prepare work schedules to ensure adequate coverage for special events. Monitor field activities by making site visits to ensure proper enforcement of parking regulations and restrictions. Transport Parking Enforcement officers to and from assigned patrol areas as required. Train staff on the provisions of parking ordinances and procedures for writing and issuing fee notices for violations. Review work activity reports and evaluate work performance of subordinate staff. Evaluate the number of parking fee notices issued on various routes and make changes in work assignments to increase productivity. Meet with subordinate staff to discuss and resolve problems relating to field activities. Prepare productivity reports for management review. Monitor on‑street parking meters for vehicles in violation of parking ordinances by following an assigned route. Maintain and care for all company‑issued equipment and vehicles. Uphold uniform and brand standards. Promote and model safe driving techniques. Education: High School graduate or equivalent. Experience: A minimum of 2‑3 years of outdoor work experience is preferred. Supervisory experience required. Security, military or parking enforcement experience preferred. Skills: Ability to mitigate and lead others to overcome challenges (Never Ever Give Up Attitude). Ability to work independently and multi‑task. Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and standard business practices. Demonstrate a sense of urgency and timeliness. Must be open to feedback, differing opinions, and other points of view. Ability to handle challenging and at times, emotionally charged situations. Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language. Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded). Physical Demands: Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc. Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds. Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time (95‑100% of shift) – no sitting is allowed. Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
