Pool Technician -  In this adventurous role, you'll be responsible for repairing and installing pool equipment and performing specialty pool related task such as filter cleanings and system diagnostics. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop technical proficiency and enjoy a rewarding career in pool service industry with upward mobility.

Responsibilities: ( Cleaner /  Technician ) 

• Perform routine cleaning of pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing surfaces, and emptying skimmer baskets to ensure pristine water quality.
• Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems to identify issues early.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to repair or replace faulty equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal operation .
• Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs performed, and maintenance schedules for each client’s pool system.
• Troubleshoot common mechanical problems with pool systems using your mechanical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist with water testing and chemical balancing to maintain safe and healthy swimming conditions in accordance with health standards.
• Support the team in emergency repairs or urgent maintenance tasks to uphold high standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

Skills: ( Cleaner /  Technician )

• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand and troubleshoot pool equipment systems.
• Experience with equipment repair, including replacing parts or adjusting machinery for optimal performance.
• Proficiency in pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, inspecting plumbing lines, and balancing chemicals.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools necessary for repairs and routine maintenance work.
• Service technician experience is highly desirable for diagnosing complex issues quickly and accurately.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills to manage multiple service appointments efficiently.
