Entry-Level Production Technicians

Location: Snoqualmie, WA

Shifts: Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay: $19.50-$22.50, depending on experience

We're hiring Entry-Level Assembly/Production Technicians for a long-term opportunity in Snoqualmie, WA . No prior manufacturing experience required just a great attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Installing hardware and components onto metal doors
• Assist with powder-coat prep tasks such as sandblasting, basic paint prep, or identifying color differences
• Using basic hand and power tools
• Following simple work instructions and production documents
• Working in a clean, organized shop environment
• Supporting the team to hit daily production goals

What You Need

• Steel-toed boots (required)
• Reliable transportation to Snoqualmie Ridge
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic, good attendance, and willingness to learn
• Experience or interest in production or manufacturing processes
• Ability to perform basic paint preparation when needed
• Ability to identify color differences
• Knowledge of or exposure to sandblasting, powder coating, or production paint is helpful (not required)

Work Environment

This is an active production setting with a variety of hands-on tasks. The environment may include:

• Moderate to loud noise levels
• Frequent standing, stooping, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 70 lbs
• Occasional lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Access to production aids, including raised work platforms, lifts, overhead cranes, and forklifts
• Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, or humid conditions

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Snoqualmie, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
