Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Sourcing & Procurement Manager to lead purchasing strategy, supplier management, and procurement operations within a food manufacturing environment (non-beverage) .

This role is for someone who can own the full procurement lifecycle - from pricing strategy to ERP optimization—while partnering closely with operations and production. If you’re someone who steps in, figures it out, and gets it done (even if that means time in the warehouse), you’ll stand out here.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies focused on cost savings, quality, and supplier performance
• Manage procurement processes within ERP systems to streamline purchasing and materials flow
• Own supplier relationships, including performance tracking and issue resolution
• Partner with operations and production to align purchasing with demand planning and MRP workflows
• Monitor market trends and pricing to drive strategic purchasing decisions
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost savings and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration preferred
• Minimum of 6+ years of sourcing/procurement experience
• Strong understanding of pricing, cost analysis, and supplier negotiations
• Proven experience working within ERP systems
• Experience owning or building MRP systems/processes
• Background in manufacturing or industrial food environments required
