Wholesale Readiness Specialist

This role will support Partner (Wholesale) product readiness by driving image, copy, and attribution readiness for the partner portal. The position requires an analytical candidate who can manage data mapping and drive process improvements. This is an operations-focused role for a confident individual who can understand and influence the end-to-end process from assortment to asset delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive image, copy, and attribution readiness for the wholesale partner portal.
• Understand the end-to-end process of how an Account Executive receives assortment information.
• Determine the information needed to effectively sell to accounts.
• Analyze how bookings are submitted and how digital assortment for partners is identified.
• Collaborate with production partners (copy and imagery) to provide direction on required assets.
• Create and distribute weekly reporting that shows asset readiness.
• Leverage data to provide guidance on which data points are most critical for reporting and analysis.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in an operations-focused role. The candidate must be comfortable with data analysis and process management.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel is required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of Airtable and be comfortable using Tableau for analysis and providing guidance on reporting needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous selling experience is considered valuable.
• Demonstrated ability to understand how data flows and comfort in leveraging it for insights.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite work 4 days a week with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
