We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst/Scrum Master with a strong business analysis background and experience in Agile delivery. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions are effectively designed, implemented, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce initiatives. Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, workflows, and traceability matrices. Perform impact analysis for enhancements, defects, and change requests. Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. Provide functional guidance on Salesforce features such as objects, fields, workflows/flows, validations, reports, and dashboards. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by creating test scenarios, coordinating with stakeholders, and validating outcomes. Assist with release readiness activities and post-deployment validation. Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlog items and ensure readiness for development. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication. Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder review sessions. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Salesforce or CRM-based programs. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, automation, reporting, and dashboards. Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile environments. Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence or similar platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language. Preferred Qualifications Experience performing Scrum Master responsibilities within Agile teams. Experience supporting end-to-end Salesforce implementations or enhancements.
