Salesforce Business Analyst

The Salesforce Business Analyst is pivotal in the Randstad team, acting as the critical interface between our client’s business stakeholders and technical teams. This role is responsible for comprehending complex business requirements, translating them into an effective Customer 360 Enterprise Salesforce solutions, and ensuring an efficient and strategic implementation of the platform. This includes using data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance business performance. Through a commitment to rigorous standards in documenting, testing, and communicating business requirements, as well as a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, the Salesforce Business Analyst is a vital contributor to the organization's mission.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Salesforce environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and functionalities.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Customer 360 Design and Structure requirements for CRM in Salesforce.

Job Duties:

• Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to define project requirements, set priorities, and manage expectations.
• Document, analyze, and validate business requirements, including Salesforce functional and non-functional requirements.
• Deliver system knowledge about new workflow processes related to Salesforce functionalities and capabilities.
• Follow and enforce business analysis standards and guidelines, monitoring compliance.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions that meet business needs.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, from technical developers to executives, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to elicit business requirements and explore potential Salesforce solutions.
• Actively manage and prioritize backlog of system enhancements, bugs, and other Salesforce-related requests.
• Assist in change management activities related to Salesforce updates and enhancements, including end-user training preparation and delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, recommending relevant new features for implementation.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Salesforce environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and functionalities.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Customer 360 Design and Structure requirements for CRM in Salesforce.
• Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex problems clearly and concisely.
• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for turning complex business issues into clear, actionable plans.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and data mapping, ideally within the Salesforce platform.
• ALL EXPERIENCE MUST BE VERIFIABLE

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 5-7 years of Enterprise Level Salesforce CRM Design and Implementation work.
• Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus but not required.
• Previous experience with Salesforce project implementations.
