The FastenMaster Division manufactures and markets innovative, premium quality wood-to-wood fasteners that are engineered to enable professional contractors to complete building projects safer, faster, and easier. The Service Delivery Manager uses Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) data to ensure on-time product delivery. This key position demands strong organizational and communication skills to manage the flow of material through the value stream using our Kanban pull system. The Service Delivery Manager must have a strong understanding of product manufacturing and lean processes and will lead by example.
