Join a supportive, all-female team that’s passionate about helping women-owned businesses grow and show up confidently online. At Creative & Caffeinated Co., we care about clear communication, creative excellence, and doing work we’re genuinely proud of. You’ll collaborate with inspiring founders, bring thoughtful ideas to the table, and help turn great brands into even better content. This is a W-2 employee position based in Nashville, TN. Salary Range: $38,000 – $40,000 annually, depending on experience. Experience Required: 2–4 years managing social media or content marketing for businesses or brands. A strong pulse on marketing and social media—someone who understands strategy, trends, and what makes content resonate and convert. Exceptional organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and deliverables while consistently producing high-quality work. Strong content creation abilities, including designing elevated, on-brand graphics, editing engaging short-form video with compelling hooks and storytelling, writing natural and on-brand captions, and thoughtfully using AI tools for research, ideation, and optimization. A refined eye for aesthetics and branding—someone who can ensure every piece of content aligns with a client’s visual identity, from color palettes to typography to overall tone. Confidence preparing for content shoots—developing creative direction, mood boards, and detailed shot lists that align with the overall strategy and upcoming content needs. Strong research and ideation skills to uncover creative, out-of-the-box content ideas that help clients stand out while staying aligned with their brand voice and goals. A curiosity for analytics—reviewing performance data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for clients. Excellent communication skills—friendly, proactive, professional, and responsive with both clients and the team. Self-motivation and attention to detail—someone who works independently, takes ownership of their role, and maintains high standards without needing constant oversight. Ability to occasionally attend local content shoots, client meetings, or strategy sessions in Nashville and surrounding areas. Bonus Points If You: Have experience in service-based industries or lifestyle brands Have an iPhone 16 or higher with an eye for capturing quality iPhone content Are familiar with Notion, Slack, Flodesk, Loom, and ManyChats The Perks: Be part of a supportive, all-female team passionate about uplifting women-owned businesses and brands that truly stand out. Work on meaningful projects with inspiring clients across creative industries. Creative freedom to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the table. Opportunities for professional development, skill-building, and growing within the agency. A primarily remote work environment with flexibility while maintaining strong team collaboration. End-of-year bonus opportunity based on individual performance and overall agency success Paid Time Off (PTO) to rest, recharge, and take time away when needed. 5-Year Sabbatical: Team members who have been with the agency for five years receive an additional three-week paid sabbatical to fully unplug, travel, rest, or pursue something meaningful outside of work. We believe long-term commitment deserves meaningful time to reset and celebrate the impact you've made. #J-18808-Ljbffr
