Job Title: Systems Architect (Senior Citrix Engineer)

Responsibilities:

• Provide Citrix utilization reports using dashboard exports as directed.
• Integrate these reports with the Department’s reporting and analytics systems.
• Administer and maintain the Virtual Desktop and Application delivery environment, including patching, optimization, and regression testing.
• Assess the Citrix VDI environment for gaps in efficiency, performance, configuration, and security.
• Identify and document issues, including impacts and recommended corrective/remediation actions.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Citrix platform administration and maintenance.
• Provide technical and configuration support to Citrix VDI users within the Department.
• Evaluate alternative virtual desktop technologies for compatibility, performance, and suitability.
• Document and report all changes, implementations, and updates to the Citrix environment.
• Ensure full compliance with all Department data security and confidentiality policies by all personnel involved.

Required Skills :

• A minimum of five years with Windows Operating System deployment.
• A minimum of three years working with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
• A minimum of two years with cloud computing technologies.
• A minimum of five years with software packaging and release management methodologies.
