UX Researcher

Team and Responsibilities

As a UX Researcher, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including UX/UI designers, product managers, developers, and program managers—to ensure user-centered design principles drive our solutions. Your research will inform and shape exceptional user experiences that align with business goals and customer needs.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Experience Design (XD) or a related field (e.g. Information Science, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Marketing). Advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.
• Experience: 5-8 years in UX research within industry or agency settings.
• Conduct, analyze, and synthesize user research to inform design decisions.

• Develop and advocate for research strategies and methodologies across projects.

• Plan and execute usability studies, both online and in the field, to uncover user needs and mental models.

• Provide actionable recommendations to improve user experiences.

• Test business requirements using heuristic and qualitative research methods.

Research & Problem-Solving

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• Ability to translate research findings into clear insights and strategic recommendations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner effectively with UX/UI designers, product teams, and developers to ensure research findings translate into actionable design improvements.

• Lead research discussions and presentations, articulating findings and design rationale to stakeholders.

• Mentor and guide junior researchers or designers when necessary.

Deliverables & Execution

• Create research documentation, reports, and strategic insights.

• Develop test scripts, conduct user testing, analyze results, and present findings.
