Position Details

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, label, stock, and rotate incoming products.
• Pick customer orders accurately using picking lists.
• Package and prepare outgoing shipments.
• Perform quality checks to ensure fresh and accurate orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and help prevent mis-shipments.
• Follow food safety and warehouse procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of food industry experience required.
• At least 6 months of consistent work history within the past year.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be available to work required overtime.
• Comfortable working in cold-temperature environments .
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to read and interpret a digital weight scale.
• Adaptable, dependable, and able to learn quickly in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
