This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, collaborating closely with internal departments and third‑party vendors to support product launches, enhance retailer performance, and ensure strict compliance with security and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Product Performance Analysis Monitor the overall health of the scratch‑off game portfolio Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and performance risks Recommend product adjustments including pricing and prize structures to maximize ROI Analyze and manage the lottery’s auto‑reorder system by retailer Optimize inventory levels and prevent out‑of‑stock scenarios Project Management & Support Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support new game launches Assist with system enhancements and marketing promotions Game Development & Design Support the development of new scratch‑off games Provide recommendations on ticket design, prize structures, and game parameters Compile, analyze, and present complex sales data to leadership Deliver actionable insights using tools such as Excel, SAS, and Tableau Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen security across the gaming ecosystem Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field 3–5 years in product development, marketing, or business analysis Strong preference for experience in lottery, casino, or gaming industries Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Working knowledge of SQL, SAS, or BI tools (Tableau / Power BI) Strong ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into business decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to present findings clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders Selected candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening, including: Drug screening Criminal history check Education and professional reference verification Please share your updated resume #J-18808-Ljbffr Value Innovation Labs
