We are looking for a skilled Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team at Unduit. For more details, please visit: Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Apple and Samsung devices Assist the Ops team with device eraser process using Blano or Phone Check software Ensure all QC checks are completed to minimize warranty returns Maintain a positive work environment Answer phone calls with a professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor Qualifications: Minimum 6 months experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics High school diploma or equivalent Strong oral and written communication skills Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Valid driver’s license is required High attention to detail Action-oriented Integrity and trustworthiness Perseverance Organized Knowledge of MacOS/OS X & iOS Previous experience repairing Apple iDevices Previous experience repairing mobile devices #J-18808-Ljbffr Unduit Llc.
