Job Description

Interim HealthCare, a leading provider of home health services, is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee and coordinate clinical operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to a team of home health professionals, including nurses, therapists, and aides, ensuring delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s needs. You will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, managing patient caseloads, reviewing and approving care plans, and ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards. The Clinical Manager collaborates closely with physicians, referral sources, patients, and families to promote optimal clinical outcomes, patient safety, and satisfaction. You will monitor performance metrics, conduct chart reviews, provide clinical education and coaching, and participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Drawing on Interim HealthCare’s culture of compassion and respect, you will foster a supportive, collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and open communication. This position involves occasional home visits to observe care, support staff, and address complex clinical situations, as well as participation in case conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
