Plaza House Coffee is seeking a motivated and passionate Coffee Roaster Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role designed for someone eager to learn the craft and science of coffee roasting, with a clear path toward becoming a Head Roaster.
Responsibilities include assisting in daily roasting operations, learning roast profiling, quality control and cupping, maintaining equipment, and supporting production needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and deeply interested in specialty coffee.
This is a unique opportunity to grow within a small, dedicated coffee company and play a key role in shaping our roasting program.
$17–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
Includes hands-on training, clear growth path to Head Roaster, and a flexible, supportive team environment.
