Customer Success Representative

Our client, a global service provider, is looking for a Customer Success Representative to join their team. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be part of the Customer Experience Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Buffalo, NY (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $24

Type: Contract

What's the Job?

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Handle incoming telephone calls, providing assistance or directing callers to the appropriate contact.

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience
• Ability to manage competing priorities with composure and efficiency.
• SAP experience.
• Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to cooperative teamwork.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
