About the Role Performant Capital is seeking entrepreneurial, post-MBA leaders to scale small software and services businesses into category leaders. This role offers full ownership of a business line, including P&L responsibility, and the opportunity to lead and grow a company with meaningful upside potential. The position may be remote; however, Chicago, IL is strongly preferred, as it is home to our headquarters. Candidates in other major markets will also be considered.
