Role Description

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for investor materials, fundraising, and pitchbook professionals experienced in reviewing pitch decks, investor memos, fundraising documents, financial models, market sizing materials, traction summaries, spreadsheets, slide decks, and presentation-ready finance artifacts for accuracy, rigor, clarity, and domain quality.

This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on:

• Investor materials review
• Fundraising artifact evaluation
• Pitchbook quality assessment
• Rubric-based review
• Document and spreadsheet assessment
• Slide deck quality review
• Structured feedback
• High-quality project execution

Selected professionals will evaluate AI-generated work products and apply subject-matter expertise to identify factual, financial, strategic, aesthetic, and presentation issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in investor materials, fundraising, pitchbook creation, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, strategic finance, startup finance, investor relations, or related work
• Native or professional fluency in English
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Google Docs
• Ability to evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to provide structured feedback
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment

Requirements

• Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks involving investor materials, fundraising decks, pitchbooks, investment summaries, company narratives, and market positioning
• Review investor-facing materials for accuracy, completeness, rigor, clarity, and practical relevance
• Assess whether materials present a coherent business story supported by appropriate metrics, assumptions, and evidence
• Identify unsupported claims, unclear positioning, weak financial logic, incomplete market analysis, or poor linkage between narrative and data
• Review materials involving pitch decks, investor memos, teasers, financial summaries, market sizing, traction analysis, business model explanations, use-of-proceeds materials, and valuation discussion
• Assess whether fundraising materials are investor-ready, logically structured, and suitable for executive or investor audiences
• Evaluate spreadsheets, financial models, market analyses, comparison tables, and pitchbook-style materials for rigor and usability
• Provide clear written feedback that improves fundraising quality and investor communication
• Review spreadsheets for structure, logic, calculations, formatting, usability, and consistency
• Assess slide decks for organization, visual clarity, executive readability, and presentation quality
• Identify factual, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation errors across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace files
• Apply consistent review standards across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
