We’re looking to hire a Principal Scientist to join the R&D team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, biochemistry or material science along with proven success in early-stage drug discovery. In this role, you will: Develop novel small molecules, peptides, or proteins for cutting‑edge application Lead research programs focused on new molecule discovery, high‑throughput screening, target validation, and assay development. Drive research conception, planning and execution of studies that support our R&D projects, spearheading them from proof‑of‑concept to product validation. Continuously refine experimental plans to enable data‑driven decision‑making and accelerate the transition from concept to market‑ready products. Stay apprised of new biochemistry, bioengineering and chemistry trends and implement new technologies that further enhance capabilities Develop and present new project concepts to expand our pipeline of innovative solutions. Provide feedback, coaching, and mentorship to 1‑3 team members, fostering a culture of innovation and leadership within the organization. Who You Are You hold a PhD, MD, MD/PhD, or PharmD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. You possess extensive knowledge of current techniques in chemistry or biochemistry, with hands‑on experience in their application. You are intensely focused on driving discoveries from the lab to the market, ensuring that concepts are not just theoretical but are translated into tangible, impactful products. You have a deep curiosity and a passion for tackling challenging problems in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
